Processing Time

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are as follows:
Domestic (India): 3-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days

Delivery Delays

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Jim-Jeans ships to addresses within India, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, delivery times may vary for these addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Shipping
M.S Enterprises is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any such charges must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
M.S Enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
